1. The “Random” Hammering Effect
We showed you how to turn a standard surface into a masterpiece of texture. The new Hammering Feature is a special function designed to enrich bangles and rings with unique decorative textures.
- How it works: Unlike standard engraving, this tool uses a diamond tip to deliver high-speed micro-punching effects.
- The Innovation: We have introduced a “random angle” algorithm. The machine creates a diamond-cut finish where every facet reflects light differently, simulating a hand-crafted hammering effect that is impossible to replicate with traditional CNC milling.
2. Advanced Vision System for “Lastre” (Sheets)
Precision is nothing without control. Many of you asked about processing sheets that have already been printed or laser-marked. Our answer is the new Integrated Vision System.
- Shape Recognition: The camera detects the exact position and orientation of the pre-printed or lasered design on the sheet.
- Edge Tracking: It automatically recognize the lines and adjusts the toolpath to follow existing borders for cutting or inserting new details.
- Zero Error: This eliminates manual alignment struggles. As seen in our specialized systems, this technology ensures perfect orientation even for coated materials, guaranteeing flawless results on every single piece.
The Foundation of Performance
All these new features rely on the core strengths that make a Faro machine unique:
- Stability: The natural granite frame absorbs the vibrations generated by high-speed hammering, ensuring that “random” means “artistic,” not “imprecise”.
- Control: Everything is managed by our proprietary Pigreco CAD/CAM. We don’t rely on third-party software, which means these new camera and hammering functions are natively integrated for a smooth, fast workflow.
