Summer Break Announcement: Office Closure from August 9th to 24th

As the summer season approaches, we want to inform our valued clients and partners that our offices will be closed for the annual summer break from Saturday, August 9th, through Sunday, August 24th, 2025.

During this period, our production facilities will be temporarily suspended. All order processing and shipments, including consumables and items requiring service assistance, will be paused during the closure. Normal operations will fully resume on Monday, August 25th.

We recognize that urgent situations may arise during our absence. For this reason, emergency support will remain available for all accredited clients. Should you require immediate assistance, please contact us through your dedicated WhatsApp support line.
