The geopolitical scenario of the past months has introduced objective challenges for companies operating across international markets: logistics disruptions, travel restrictions, supply chain delays. We are not immune to these difficulties — and we think it is right to tell you clearly, before any delay occurs, not after.
This is not a justification. It is the respect that we believe you deserve as our customers.
A Scenario We Didn’t Choose
We won’t comment on international politics. What we can and must do is be transparent: with the customers who chose us, with long-standing partners, and with everyone who has scheduled a visit to the Faro Academy or is waiting for a technical intervention.
The current situation creates slowdowns that are beyond our control. We are addressing them daily, with flexibility and determination. Some timelines may stretch beyond initial estimates — but our commitments do not change.

What We Are Guaranteeing
Here is what remains fully confirmed and active:
➤ Faro Academy – Opening confirmed. Training courses on all Faro machines — jewelry and eyewear — proceed as planned. If you have a session scheduled, it will take place.
➤ Installations – All scheduled machine installations will be carried out. Our technicians are operational and ready to intervene across every market we serve.
➤ After-Sales Support – Technical assistance remains active and prioritised. Reach us by email, phone, or — where logistics allow — on site.
➤ International Trade Shows – Our 2026 fair calendar is confirmed, including the Istanbul Jewelry Show (April 1–4) and JGTD Dubai (September–October). Our distribution partners have been informed and are aligned.
Our Ask: A Little Patience
We know patience isn’t easy when production is running, a machine needs commissioning, or a training session fits a tight production window. We understand that.
That’s why we’re not asking for blind trust. We’re asking you to keep the conversation open. Tell us your urgencies. We will respond with priority and keep you updated on every open case. In parallel, we are working with our logistics partners and distributor network to find alternative routes whenever the standard one is blocked.

Faro has been present in Turkey since 2003 through Piramit, in the UAE and India with Bijouxtec and Milano Enterprises, and in Saudi Arabia with JTE Dubai. Over twenty years of partnerships are not interrupted by geopolitical turbulence.
We have been in direct contact with each partner in recent weeks. We are aligned, informed, and coordinated. Customers in every market can contact their local distributor with the certainty that they are receiving direct support from our headquarters in Santa Maria di Sala.
