A day on the waters of the Serenissima

Recently, we paused our CNC machines for a special day. A team-building event on a boat, discovering the most magical corners of the Venetian lagoon. The sun was shining, and the water guided us through hidden canals and breathtaking views. The atmosphere was relaxed, filled with laughter and conversation. Because it is precisely when you share authentic experiences that professional ties become personal, turning colleagues into a true family.

Sailing together, sharing food and stories, strengthened our collaborative spirit. The same spirit that allows us to face daily work challenges with efficiency and serenity. Because at Faro, we don’t just work side by side. We work for each other.

A special evening: pizza and sharing in the Venice Ghetto

The day ended in one of the most evocative places in Venice, the Ghetto. For dinner, we all gathered at Pizzeria Strazzaria, an excellent place also reviewed by Gambero Rosso, in an atmosphere of great human warmth. It was a moment to reflect, to appreciate the journey we’ve made, and to look to the future with renewed energy.

This experience reminded us of a fundamental truth. Faro is not just a company. It’s a family. And this is our greatest strength.
